Refunds & Returns
At Nisa Luxe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every abaya. Please note that our return and exchange policy are the same and apply only under the following conditions:
• A return or exchange request can be made only if the product received is of the wrong size (different from what was ordered) or if an incorrect item was delivered.
• You must contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
• Proof must be provided (such as clear photos) showing that the wrong item or size was sent. Without valid proof, Nisa Luxe will not be responsible for any return or exchange.
• Requests are applicable only once per order and must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with the invoice included.
Please note that Nisa Luxe does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those stated above, including change of mind, preference, or color variations due to lighting.
